Having held my real estate license for 35 years, I have all the experience you’re looking for…anywhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Al-though I have also added a residential specialization in the past five years, I have more than 30 years experience in restaurant site development in six states, excelling in transactions involving commercial land for development as restaurants, shopping/retail sites, pad sites and light manufacturing or office space. I have also been recognized for excellence in the sale of land and acreage, as well as farm and ranch properties.
I graduated from Mexia High School and received my college education at the University of Houston and the University of Texas, Austin. I have been interviewed for several magazine articles, including “INC,” “Restaurant Business,” “What’s Cookin,” “Nation’s Restaurant News,” and “Blue Duck.” I have also been featured in three books: Confessions of the Corner Office; Fundamentals of Management and SONIC, The History of America’s Drive-In.
Although I am happiest when “working the deal,” regardless of how large or small, I also enjoy time spent with my Realtor wife, Vicki, and the families of our three adult children, including seven grandchildren. We have a great time hosting gatherings of family and friends at our ranch outside Burleson.
